I ship items within 1 to 2 business day. I am located in the United States and ship domestically and internationally. Once your package is shipped you will get an email notification with your tracking information. If you are an international customer, you are responsible for any customs fees and/or taxes. I ship via USPS and the rates are as follows

up to 4 oz. = $2.99
4 oz to 8 oz = $3.50
8 oz to 15 oz = $4.99
1 lb to 3 lbs = $7.50 (sent priority mail)
3 lbs and up = $14.50 (sent priority mail)

8 oz to 2 lbs = $20.75
2 lbs to 3 lbs = $32.00
3 lbs to 4 lb = $50.25

International Shipping (includes tracking)
- Due to many items getting lost I only ship internationally via DHL or USPS international priority mail. These options are unfortunately more expensive but they do ensure your package will arrive and faster than regular mail.
Shipping prices for international shipments are calculated based on weight.
Please review all items carefully before a purchase is made as all sales are final, including orders not yet shipped. All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase. In addition, completed orders are listed on your dashboard. Please review those items, as these terms apply to duplicate items as well.
Missing or Damaged Items
Although I never intend for this to happen, I sometimes make mistakes. If you find yourself in this situation, please Contact Me If the item is still in stock, I will ship the product to you. If the item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued.
Order Never Received
Domestic packages are deemed "lost" after 30 days from shipment date. Canada and International packages are deemed “lost” after 75 days from shipment date. Singapore and Malaysia have a special exemption of 90 days and Brazil has a 120-day exemption. Packages are not considered "lost" until after the posted date. Please wait until that time to contact me. We will then replace the missing item if it is in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, you will be given a refund in the form of store credit for any lost item.
Orders Not Claimed
Orders that are returned to because the customer did not claim them or failed to pay customs fee will be refunded when I receive the products back. The refund will be minus any shipping costs.
